Bridging the Gap / Recovering Your Future
"Need a safe place to start over?"
"Too old for high school, but not quite ready for college?"
"Ready for college but not for living on a college campus?"
The Bridge program at The Family Foundation School is designed for students ages 18-20 who are struggling to meet the challenges of transitioning from high school to college and are looking for a second chance. The Bridge provides each student with a personalized academic, therapeutic and recovery program in one of three stages: residential, commuter or independent. Students can begin at The Family Foundation School as a residential student and then transition to the commuter or independent stage. Or, if they're ready for more independence, they can begin at the commuter or independent stage. The academic, therapeutic and recovery supports offered at each stage are customized to meet each student's needs.
